Brian Daniel House of Lavoie, co-founder of Goonieland and the Gichii Goomii Private Society, is a full-time
member and long-standing student of PanTerraVida, a private society founded by Ken
Cousins and Andrea Helen.
PanTerraVida is devoted to the study and practical application of:

Why PanTerraVida? (PTV)
Brian’s path to PTV was not casual or quick.
Over a period of nearly 15 years, he studied sovereignty, natural law, and freedom movements
across Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. He encountered many
voices, many frameworks, and many promises. Most operated at the surface level. Some led
people into legal peril. Many collapsed under pressure.
When Brian encountered Ken Cousins’ work, something was immediately different.
The language was precise.
The structures were layered.
The orientation was principled, not reactive.
Most notably, Ken had gone further than anyone Brian had studied without arrest, incarceration,
or compromise. This was not accidental. It reflected a deep mastery of law, an uncompromising
internal discipline, and a devotion to principle over personality.
Ken’s work does not attempt to “fight the system.”
It renders it irrelevant through lawful structure, standing, and consciousness.
Building in the Private, Correcting Status at the Root
Brian is currently initiating the creation of his own Private Society through the Estate
Structure Master Course, operating under the protections and immunities of PanTerraVida and
the PanTerraVida Court of the People.

Once the Estate Structure is completed, Brian will enter the Status Correction Master Course,
a rigorous process aimed at fully and lawfully disengaging from the debt-based, bankrupt public
system often referred to as “the Matrix.”
This work is conducted under the close observation of PanTerraVida members and Ken Cousins
himself.
Unlike many so-called sovereignty groups that rely on templates, forms, or superficial tactics,
PanTerraVida addresses the entire architecture of law and money. Ken has openly warned
against incomplete approaches that can lead to legal exposure, fear, or mass enforcement actions.
These are not games. Precision matters.

One truth becomes unavoidable as this work deepens:
At least 90% of law is inner work.
Without integrity, self-governance, emotional discipline, and clarity of intent, no structure will
hold. Titles collapse. Words betray. Power leaks.
