Eat Pure Food is a cookbook I created from my many years of cooking at
restaurants, retreat centres and back country lodges.
I started cooking in restaurants at 15, became a chef in 2004, and retired from professional cooking to open Eat Pure Mountain Market after 17 years on the job!
Eat Pure Food is a very accessible and easy to follow cookbook filled with over
100 plant based recipes and gorgeous photos on every page.
